Each portrait is drawn and painted by hand on watercolor paper and signed in pencil. Over the years, I've completed 100+ house and building portraits, capturing the unique character of homes, wedding venues, storefronts, restaurants, and landmarks.
The Process
Choose your size and purchase the portrait.
Emailphotos to me at hello@sarahwormannart.com. Straight-on shots work best, plus any photos of details you'd like to include. (No photos? I can work from Google Maps images, just send the address!)
Review your sketch before I add ink and watercolor. One round of edits is included.
Receive your finished piece ready to frame and treasure.
Materials Used:
Artist grade watercolors (primarily Holbein)
Fabriano Artistico cold pressed (aka textured) 100% cotton watercolor paper
Sakura Pigma Micron archival ink pens

I don't include people in my portraits, as it's just not my strength! If that's a must-have, I'm happy to recommend artists who specialize in it.
